This $35,000,000 design-build project combined a number of City departments under one roof. DRA was retained by both the architect, Carrier-Johnson and the developer, Lankford & Associates to develop engineering plans for the 150,000 square foot facility.
The scope of work expanded during the project to include 3,600 feet of downtown street improvements, a traffic roundabout with water feature and additional parking lots for the facility. The project was completed in 2002 will provided downtown Yuma with attractive, focal point for many of the individual, development projects in the area.
